Author Topic: User trust.  (Read 999 times)

Whenever someone asks me for trust out of the blue i get worried, I don't want anyone destroying my build.

So i suggest that there be a text box below the trust request stating why the user wants trust.

here an example.

"Bill has sent you a trust request."

Reason: to help you with the build.

The user would have to type in why he wants the trust before he can have it.

Better yet:
You can select the area using a numpad drag thing so they are restrained.

Thats the problem, i hate rejecting just to ask him why.

Thats why i think this would be more convenient.

It's a bad habit to send random trust invites in the first place.

You should always talk to the person you're going to request trust from beforehand. I automatically decline any unannounced trust invites people send me.

If it's my server I usually kick or give a short ban to anyone who sends me 2+ random trust invites in a row. In fact, it's in my server rules. That's just me, though.

When I see you I will ask for your trust. ;D There, it is announced.

I tnd to do that depending on the person. (if i know him but i needed to do smthn alone so i got rid of the trust.)

Wait... What? How do you do this?

ok. you click on the area of a 1x1. then you press 3, 6, 4, and 2 to change the width/length. then you press 3, 6, +, - to change the height. then it just sticks as a very transparent ghost. thats their maximum room.

I understood that a little.

Do you do this from the menu of the trust invite?

If someone random trusts me I immediately set them to ignore. Alot simpler
