fallout 3. need help?

I have been playing fallout 3 for a long time now, I have all downloads for the game, I have got the book, I have made my own quantum out of a coke bottle, I have bought nuka- cola caps. I am to obsessed. Any way, you find it hard? Cant seem to understand a quest? No help on help sites? Ask me!
