Sounds like some people in Iraq.
They actually through 2 year olds into shops with C-4 attached to them.
So to me, i'd stay far,but if it was in a car, it wont destroy to much, even IF you filled it with C-4, oddly enough this doesn't shock me because of the crimes people do. But dont leave your home, unless you have too.
