There was a boob mod in making long ago but I think it died.

Playertypes aside, no one has ever made an add-on that lets you choose new body parts(or am I wrong?).
I am not sure if it possible or not.

Revise the tutorial. :P
I just think it isn't that good of a tutorial. A blockhead will spawn in a freebuild and the first thing they will do is plant a 1x1 brick, spawn an item, (it is usually a gun/rocket launcher/etc.) then start shooting. That's the only thing, besides music, lights, and vehicles, that the tutorial teaches new builders to do with a wrench. Teach them to do that, and then teach them basic eventing.
