Doors are indestructable if there is a need to be rescued survivor inside.

Most of the kicks from L4D/2 servers I've heard of didn't have any obvious reason.  However, I want to hear about the times you've been kicked for a semi/obvious reason.

Me first.  I was just playing the last level in the dead center campaign on versus, playing as the survivors.  The infected rushed and knocked everyone but me down.  I ended up reviving every single one of them, surviving each zombie that tried to stop me.  The other team got pissed and votekicked me.

They can kick you because they're raging at getting killed by you, etc.

I got kicked once from a Versus match because I didn't use melee weapons.

The opposite happend to me, i got kicked FOR using melee weapons >:/

I usually get kicked from a server somehow when I join it, and the other times, they kick me for being AFK and nobody plans anything out in survival ._.

On Xbox almost every L4D1 game I get kicked from for no reason right when I join... doesnt happen with L4D2 though
