You don't need an elite really. any of the other ones besides "arcade" are fine.

Get an elite it's only 50$ more to get 120GB. It should be fine as long as you don't have it stand up otherwise it might fall which could lead to it breaking.

I think you should go for Elite if you plan on using it a lot.  If not, pro.  Isn't Elite the only one with an HDMI cord?

get a Good pc. Because when you buy the orange box on the 360 and then get steam and realize it is much better on the pc you facepalm so many times

It's horribly unstable, it crashes all the time and one of the patches broke quad core support.

lol you've never seen the PS3 version of Fallout 3. It is by far the buggiest. I've played all three so I know.
