Imagine an AI system that is virtualy aware of its self like Cortana but in a game. And yes holograms will be another step after the computer screen. Imagine the Holo Deck in StarTreck.
They have already succeeded with something similar to hologram. They actually made a 3D image with 160 pixels with a huge amount of lasers pointing in several directions making the air burn.

Nothing but casual stuff that will ruin the industry.

No-strings hand-to-hand combat games on Wii. You strap these little sensors on hands, knees, elbows, hands etc and fight just like real life. :D
