I know for a fact one of my friends says 'BEAST LIKE' when he loves it. And my brother's guitar is referred to as a lovey Beast. Also, the burn it with fire is used as a constant joke when we find something ugly.

"Beauty & The Beast is a loving gay movie."

I have, I already stated I'm aware of the meaning. But that is all he ever says, it gets extremely annoying. What you stated about "Burn it with fire" still does not justify it's true meaning. He is still saying the owner's build sucks without providing any valid evidence why. If you actually clicked the quotes you would see that its not only build he answers that to, it is questions. Which in turn makes no sense whatsoever. This tells me he is just saying it in a desperate attempt to be funny/to in.
