Bought a PSP, what games to get?

I bought a psp with my Christmas money, and I ordered a Ratchet and Clank Pack and Monster Hunters Freedom Unite. I have another $100, and I'm considering buying a Final Fantasy game or take suggestions.

the new one cant play old games
