Why would you bother playing MW2 without online? Half the game is the online. Avoiding stupid people is redundant - I'd rather play with any person rather than just single player.

You just asked the exact same question that the quote answered, lol.

It's a personal thing though. I rather play single player too. Every man to his own. (or women, blah blah.)

So the solution to avoiding idiots is to play with no one?

This lame'ness can be blamed on many things I'm sure but I can sum it up as;

"Typical console gamer"

I still play the online mode. It's just what you get when you expect a bunch of civilians, let alone kids to play "army." They completely miss the fundamental role of working in task groups. Everyone is so used to their Halo games that they think running off on their own and blasting away aimlessly tossing grenades without reason is most effective. If there ever was a real server that catered to actual military training, I'd play in that one only. I just have to live with the idiots otherwise.

You sound like such a tool.

I wouldn't pay 60 bucks to play a 4 hour game.

This game was built for the multiplayer. And any point in unlocking and customizing your kit is meant for online play.

If I was playing some boring 1v1 game I could do fine with only the stufftiest handgun.
Again, what is the point In unlocking and ranking without online play?

I think this guy just pirated the game for his PC and can't get online with a broken key.
And the idiot is wondering why he can't use all the content lol

People have actually cracked the multiplayer. I encounter a lot of pirates online.

Haha. It is true. But Valve is so intelligent and thats why they made Zero Gear free weekend.

Japan plays it with actual military training.

I think that BF:BC/1943, is the most realistic fps.

Grenade of Grenade: Grenade Grenade 2

You can't bunnyhop in MW2.

Not even traditional bunnyhopping?

Ghey. MW2 is now the new Gears of Halo.

Its funny how the gay gamers alwaYs complain about the same things from the better shooters.

Halo games are stuffty. Just decade old unreal tournament, with newer graphics.
