My Comcast cable internet on a good day (Im serious):

25 mb/s download

15 mb/s upload

That's pretty lame if you have 100Mb/s. Do you use any service or do anything that even allows you to download at/around your cap? Seems like a waste to pay for that if you don't.
I have no idea actually.

I can get up to 1.7 MBpS from Steam on my internet. Every once in a while, from closer servers, I can get 2.4 MBpS.

All of my downloads average ~1.5Mb/s.

Mine is rather bad uploading, but it's as good as snot's download speed.
And dude, your internet sucks.

I get great ping though :D



I know how you feel with bad connections, but a good connection with jackass brothers is just as bad.
Since one has a laptop and is almost non-stop downloading stuff/ buffering videos.

Though I say you get a better internet supplier.
