Forcing certain options

I would help if for some servers we could force certain things like grass ratio. It isn't really fair when you are trying to have a stealth mission in bedroom night and you are hiding in the grass that someone turns down all their settings so they can:

see through smoke grenades and emitters
see through grass

and such

Can't you use the mission editor to turn the draw distance down real low?
