Battlefield 2 -- Your CD key is invalid.

So, I bought Battlefield 2, and it tells me my CD key is invalid when I try to play online. I googled it, and I found a guide that seemed to work for the people commenting, but it required you to use your CD key. But my copy is steam-bought. Is there another way to fix this, or any way I can access the CD key from steam?

I think right click the game in steam and there should be something like "Show Key/Serial"
