They're generic and boring, not much different from the spy hats. I was hoping for something custom and fun and not just plain hats.
But all classes can wear them.
Why wear one class specific hat when you can be a Heavy walking around with a Derby hat, a Top hat and
a Boater hat all at once?
They are a bit plain, but that's what gives them the charm.
Just a stack of ordinary hats.
