Synergy and Garry's Mod, both are for the Source Engine

I suppose i'd like Sven Co-op being that it's like Synergy but with Half Life maps and you get to kill friendly NPCs, but i don't have Half Life, i only have Half Life Source, so i need to wait for 'Sven Co-op 2'...

Team Fortress, Counter Strike and anything valve related that isn't Half Life and Half Life 2 is either a mod by Valve itself or a fan made mod (Garry's Mod).

Sven Co-Op, Action Half-Life, Synergy, Obsidian Conflict, SourceForts, MINERVA, Riot Act, some parts of SMOD, and probably Black Mesa when it comes out (if ever).

Yes, but TF2 is standalone. CSS and DoDS are standalone as well, they're just remakes of mods and TF2 is a sequel to a mod that was remade for HL.

TFC, CS 1.6 and DoD WERE mods, now they made them official games using the same engine.

There was a HL2 mod where you needed to defend against zombies in a house, anyone know the name of it? It was posted on the forums before.
