Its heavily crash prone on some setups, and it does have a minimum system requirement. But, that's why I asked, as it promises a good time for a long time.
There are, in fact, a lot of fun things to do with yesterday's games.
Rayman 2 and 3, are great fun and will run on nearly anything.
If you own them (so it isn't piracy), emulating stuff like SM64 is also fun.
The Myst series, if you have the patience and intelligence, are very absorbing.
If your laptop can, Thief 3 was a great game too.
