Hello facepunch. Another day, another thread. Today's adventure takes place in two locations:
SITE A: Abandoned warehouse in the industrial district of Howell, MI
SITE B: Burned down house, ruins, somewhere near Boutelle Cemetery (See my first Adventure Day thread)
Let's start with the warehouse. We gathered our gear and crew and headed down to the industrial district of Howell, obviously a section most known for its industrial buildings and whatnot.
The Ruins, it's an OOOOLD train station. Now, it's a home for homeless people and drug addicts. We found a coat in here.
It's all chained up, impossible to break into. Nevermind the goofy-ass kid.
We continue our walk.
This way. On the right is the building, we have to walk down far enough to get to the doorway.
No, not this doorway. That's all sealed up.
This doorway. Old sliding door has been broken into before.
THE WAREHOUSE. it was hard to get a picture due to the lack of light. This was the only one I salvaged because the flash wouldn't work.
An old car in the corner. The flashed worked once, then the camera died.
Unfortunately, I've got no information on this warehouse. No brutal history or anything. It's pretty cleaned out, and that's all it is, a warehouse. It's creepy as forget and good for photos though.
BEHOLD:
The victim of arson, a house near the old-ass cemetery. Not much history here either, it's just a strange place. Some kids set the old abandoned home on fire a few years back.
The awning is crashed down on top of the porch. The only way in is through the window.
An old desk. There's tons of bottles of some sort of conditioner/scalp stuff. Tons of them, I think we can assume they were the propellant.
Everything is scorched. The ceiling is caving in and the carpet is in shreds.
2nd floor is virtually gone.
The last picture here is the other end of the house. It used to be there, but the fire destroyed it. It's all underground now.
The back door leads out there.
There's a HUGE reward for anyone who has info on the arson. Unfortunately, this was years ago. Fortunately, this house was abandoned when the stupid kids decided to burn it down.
After a car drives by, we decide it's time to leave, lest anyone suspect we're some sort of vandals.
Today was an awesome day, pretty cold, but sunny. Went and saw some interesting stuff. Don't know what Adventure Day 3 could be yet, but hopefully as cool as all this stuff...
