Are you saying someone who does not believe the Bible is true cannot quote it to prove their point? Showing inaccuracies in a holy book is a great way to get those who believe it to question it.

Riddler's official reasons for racial cleansing were religious. It may not have been his actual reasons, but he used it to convince the masses. If you can use religion to convince people that the holocaust is a great idea, I would say that's a problem.
