Combat Shotgun is fine as it is. It works as good as an automatic weapon except it's better at close range for getting enemies away from you. You could further reduce the knockback of the tier 2 automatics (specifically Battle Rifle) perhaps.

I dunno if anyone has said this yet but; When I pick up the combat shotgun I get to fire 6 'bullets' but there's  only one reload animation. After that there's only 1 bullet, and then the reload animation. Also, the Military Sniper instantly hits its target instantly, the bullet is slower than that, but in an enclosed small space, it doesn't really matter.

That's called Raycasting, which also pisses me off.

If you hold down the trigger on the Combat Shotgun you will only reload one shell at a time and immediately fire it. If you wait until it is 'ready' (not firing, not being taken out, not reloading) you can use the Light to reload it.

The Military Sniper's trail projectile is there so other people can actually track where they just got hurt for 90% health from.

I don't know why but it says Tier 1A is a bag add-on and it won't execute it. Why, if I may ask?

Post the exact console error. The entire log would be helpful.

tier 2a is feeling really awkward to me- i don't wanna release it because it feels like there's something inherently wrong with the fact there's crossbows with other weapons. mostly because it's not half life, and i can't get away with it

also, i've been thinking of making a "tier 3"- stronger, but STILL BALANCED- (however not nearly as perfectly as 1) these weapons are incredibly modern weapons, based off things like the vector from MW2 (the real name escapes me at the moment), the AA-12... things like that. might not come to fruition though because most morons will automatically put the best possible weapons in any given deathmatch as standard, while these are to be more 'hidden' weapons



i'm also trying to work out a 'balance triangle' for further weapon attempts. you know, something like MG beats Rifle, Rifle beats Shotgun, Shotgun beats MG. actually that seems pretty accurate as far as gameplay currently goes but if it works out later balancing should be mostly along those lines

2a will still probably be released this week, with a model update for the damn LMG coming... eventually?
