Bushido Logic:

Weapon that requires aiming down the sights to fire accurately

Has incredibly limited range and requires several headshots to down an opponent

It's also raycast and mousespam speed, so even though it requires 3 headshots it can still utterly own most enemies. Thus the entire reason for scoping :P
