This is still messed up for me, and I don't really don't understand what you mean by "RTB is needed". Like, it needs to be open when I download? And put this on RTB3, less buggy that way.

If you have RTB, it'll be fine
If you didn't download RTB or if you deleted it from your add-ons, it will be glitchy

Your problem most likely has to do with something else if you do have RTB

Also, Bushi, not sure if this is intended, but the "secret explosive" blocks your entire screen unless you crouch.  Even then, its still a bitch to aim.

Rykuta doesn't model, you are an idiot who knows nothing about those weapons.

When I say team up with Rykuta, I meant get his MW2 Mod for the weapons. Models are good, Its just the Firing. The firing is Eww, I love the Models though. Love them.

I downloaded it 3 times at least, but it wont work, all I get is the dual pistol skins, and they wont shoot.
(Yes I do have RTB)
