I've been playing it for awhile now, where can I buy more armour and weapons D:? I only have 2 pistols and 1 SMG. I also need new amour because, Blood Dragon and Terminus aren't that great.

You can transfer your save data from MS to MS2, that way if you talked to a character from the original game, they'll remember you in MS2.

i think that theres an .exe file that installs you the extra stuff
