MW2 is de-synced?

It says that it's not synced with steam cloud, and as a result I can't get to multi-player. I assume this is do to the server maintenance? If not, please help me.

I just noticed something, TF2 started installing fine, but MW2 singleplayer was greeted by a "Servers too busy" message.

Haha.
My technology is also being handicapped.  TV was being trippy, speakers aren't working, laptop is hella-slow.
And my dog wouldn't stop staring at my mother last night.
