I'm not black and I liked the old Transformer cartoon when I was 6 ;c
i didnt have cable

Because you're black.
no
my parents were too busy paying for private school

I loved the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, woohoo! :cookieMonster:

i knew it was gonna be either:

- giant robots with kids riding them
- ninjas/samurai with magic
- school yard romance comedy

because that is all anime, recycled horribly
stereotype as usual. I loving hate cartoon network for displaying only the generic animes, giving everyone urge to say "anime is giant robots and ninjas".

Now go watch Railgun or Elfen lied, nothing to do with giant robots or ninjas.

Agreed.

There's so many types of anime, you can't hate it all because you don't like one in particular.

It's like hating all American cartoons just because you don't like Spongebob.

Agreed.

What about Chowder or Flapjack? Those are both good American cartoons. That goes for Ren and Stimpy and The Grim Adventures of Bill and Mandy as well.

It counts as Amernime I think. American made anime.

If anything they should watch classics like Monster(Unique Concept) and Red Garden(Unique Artstyle).

Bit late to the party I'd say.

Railgun

Speaking of which, I'm pretty sure there's going to be another season of Index and possibly of Railgun.

Its really hard to find a good anime, i never seem to be able to find any.
