No. It was an email saying confirming that you signed up. It does not mean that you are 100% going to get in.

Every single thing in lego universe is moderated.
I put a comment on some guys creation on the site, and it took 3 days for a moderator to approve the comment.

Watch the video, see how many time he says something about mods.

It even takes a bit for your in-game name to be approved.
