ARC is so pwn-ass that he can change from male to female in a couple seconds. Yesterday, he was male. Today, he/she/theawesomeguy is male.

My scanner can't decipher what he's trying to say so I'll take a shot at it. I think he means he doesn't have Return To Blockland yet to download it off mod manager or he doesn't know how to download add-ons and for some reason he doesn't want it made if he can't download it. Dunno if I'm right or not.

EDIT: Didn't notice that guy was the topic starter. My guess might be more inaccurate.
