Is the server up? I'm installing GTA as we speak.

EDIT: What the forget? I can't connect because SA:MP cannot figure out my version of San Andreas. Any tips?

hey, i found out how to do it, heres my guide:

hey guys, its rather easy todo:

Steam version of GTA SA:MP
Follow these steps mate.

Download your purchased GTA:SA in steam to 100%

next download this Downgrade Patch:
MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
and extract the content to this location:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto san andreas\

Next download your SA:MP client from:
San Andreas Multiplayer :: Multiplayer modification for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

Then when installing your client, point the destination to install at:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto san andreas\

All done!

then simply go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto san andreas\ and run the samp.exe to play online, havefun

message me back if you've gotten success, or if you have any problems understanding it.
