Computer hates me. Damn. Help?

So, long story real short, I used End Process EXPLORER.EXE from Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Don't tell me that was stupid, because I already figured that out.
Hao2Fix? reboot computer? Don't wanna do that, cause my computer takes Approximately 20 minutes to reboot its sorry ass.
Should I put it in sleep, then bring it out, as in, will that help?
