Well, since my computer can be an ass, sometimes after closing a steam game, it assumes it's still running. The .exe isn't running, but often the process of the game is running. Now usually, I just use Task Manager > Processes, but today there's something wrong with my Task Manager. Take a peek:
See? There is no close button, and there are no tabs.
