Author Topic: Auto updater for Mac.  (Read 1153 times)

All I do is archive the old blockland (just in case), drag all the addons from the old addon folder into the new one, and say 'don't replace, apply to all'. Similar method for client config and the like.

Although, an auto-updater would be nice.

I guess it's not absolutely necessary, but it would be nice.

you use a mac? :o

you use a mac? :o
I do the exact same thing. And yes I do have a Macintosh :\

My auto updater sorta works, it updates my blockland, but like everyone else who has a mac, it never asks me to convert all my add-ons to the new version. So I don't use the auto updater...

You've quoted that at least 2 times before, where it wasn't even appropriate.

Gee, because some people use a computer that is not widely used, let's just stuff all over it because it's different!

After all, more software is made for Windows. So why be different? Join us...

It's also like that on a mac.

Do you have a mac? I do, and it is nonexistent on there.

RTB auto updates add-ons, but not always the right way. I hope Badspot reads this.
