dedicated FAILED ping --- with BL version 14

We got new v14 without forward port has failed ping --- many of them with these dedicated server... and myself. I did remove forward port test on v13, v14 not work.
that UPnP not let anyone be host. I has go back old verison 13, same not worked, once worked.... and i has to re install bl v14. I found very few who has ping --- worked, i got in these server. same i went in my server, no one get in my server same thing... Badspot made mess up our server  new v14. I hope badspot able fix it soon.  You are welcome debate topic here... plus I copy my console info below here:
