No, But when you dont answer you lose respect and after you lose enough respect, they dont want to do stuff with you.
But, turning them down for an activity also looses respect. So its a lose-lose situation unless you like going bowling 5 times every time you play the game.

No, but i always answer my phone. Could be about a mission or something.

Also can you date Packie's sister, because Michelle pissed me off. I bought a $1000 suit and everything and she's a cop.

I shouldn't reloaded the game after I accidentally killed her. And those totally non-enthusiastic love noises sounded fishy.

my episode disc crashes on TLAD everytime on the museum mission

Game saves are attached to gamertags, so you can't download someone else's save and use it for yourself.

Anyway, I didn't know there were consequences to that mission. I just killed Dimitri because he was such a loving starfish.

If you copy a save, it changes the ownership. That's if the file allows you to copy. I don't see why GTA4 wouldn't let you though.
