Weather GUI

Someone should make a weather GUI(I can't because I have no experience what so ever) where super admins can open the GUI and make it rain, snow, sunny, cloudy, etc.

This would be an interesting idea if anyone could be bothered.
The snow mod was kinda neglected though.

However, using -mod editor on the properties of the launch icon and pressing f11 druing the game allows you to do this anyway
