Like in MW2, you could call in a crate that is dropepd in by a heli. It just give you Health, weapons (Choose in admin menu), or just random crap.

I have one and stanton stole the model and released it as a broken prop. I am trying to get a hold of an rtb admin but I cant get anyone.

Once, I was watching my brother my MW2, and somebody called in a Pavelow and it dropped on him and killed him.
