If the people ban him, he shouldn't be playing at their server. Mainly because they discriminate by ID. ID is something that you get when you join. It is a number that tells how new or old you are pretty much. My Id is 3,291, which means I am somewhere around the 3,291'th member to buy an account. His is probably around 19,900. Some people think having a high ID makes you stupid. He should be happy he is banned from that server since it probably wasn't good either. This will go away over time. Being new to the game is hard. When I was new, I barely understood things so I wound up being banned because I had no clue what to do. Does he have a forums account? Any drama that could have been stirred up may have caused people to ban him. If you can, get his forums name so we can check if there is anything going on.
The family RP is the problem. Those servers are usually for people who are 10 and want online dates. If you even talk to them they will ask if you are a girl and if you say no they will ban you. Stay away from RPs until you get more into the game. Stay away from family RPs period.
