Might I suggest [CONTENT REMOVED]? it's a wonderful drug, that allows users to stay up for as long as they want with no side effects caused by no sleep.
I love [CONTENT REMOVED].

sleep and think about doing something like drawing art

consider violent, rigorous exercises
Let's play "punch strangers while jogging!" :cookieMonster:

The file being OGG should have nothing to do with it. The bitrate and quality are to blame.

Here's the thing about audio: it doesn't compress well while maintaining quality. So, no matter which format it ends up in, if the file size is your preferred size, it's just gonna sound crappy. If you had the same file in wav or mp3 at the same filesize, they too would sound crappy.

No room to move the tablet. Its not sonically in the way that much. I mean if I have a monitor in the center already, one on the side is probably less disrupting than the one facing into the projected audio axis. Also I ordered some new USB Type B cables that are long enough to move my pre's over to the right. Current ones too short, I have them under my monitor atm, barely fitting.
Ah, I see. Still ten times better than my setup lol.

In all honesty Blockland should be in first place, because I have 300 to 400 hours from before it went on steam (at least, maybe more).

EDIT: What's the site that let's you see how long you were logged into RTB? I can get a better estimate of my pre-Steam BL days.

I gotta wonder just how much variation there is between people and the amount of sleep they need. Once I stayed awake for the entire day, pulled an all nighter, and then went to school the next day. I was awake for at least 36 hours then, in class, driving, and everything else. I can't remember whether or not I conked out early that night but I was still surprised that I didn't turn out worse for the wear. Now, in my case I was already conditioned to not sleeping enough (during this past school year I got about four to five hours of sleep nightly, on average), and so things probably would have been different if I was sleeping properly.

Good luck though. I hope you don't end up getting sick or something. Avoid textbooks. Play video games (with breaks, make sure to rest your eyes). Have fun.

Off Topic / Re: Will Zealot ever get Windows 10?
« on: June 29, 2016, 12:03:52 AM »
Everyone keeps blaming Windows 10 when it's almost entirely due to hardware/software incompatibility that is the responsibility of those manufacturers to deal with...

You guys need to realise that there are many, many parts to a PC, and unlike a Mac, Microsoft allows enough open-endedness (at least over Apple) that there's no guarantee everything will work with everything. The only way to prevent these kinds of issues from happening would be to lock the entire platform down and put everything through intensive standards testing, which only comes at a disadvantage to end users and developers alike.

Linux is further down the line than Windows in terms of openness (and is historically closer to Apple's OS), but it's not like that platform exists without issues (that said, it has less software than it has issues). If people want to use that, go ahead, but I still think Windows is the strongest platform and a lot of the "problems" from this launch come from years of bad programming and habits which Microsoft is starting to dust its hands of by removing a lot of the backwards compatibility and workarounds for.
Thank you for saving me from typing a similar post. I mean... it's not that hard to understand, right? Or am I missing something here?

Crime today, simplified.

There are people who do bad things. These people happen to be from literally every race on earth. We decide that it's more important to point fingers at race (and I mean ALL of y'all out there, not just black people, not just white people) instead of trying to simply reduce crime by improving people. Instead, we tear people down, which in turn, causes more people to do bad things - in EVERY group, race, culture, religion, whatever.

There's a reason I hardly ever stick my head into stuff like this. All this talk is pointless - no, it's worse than that. It's detrimental and is ripping us to shreds.
