Have you checked your nvidia control panel to see if any of the power saving features are enabled?

Have you tried setting your power plan in Windows control panel>power options to high performance?
A long-shot but have you made sure your monitor is plugged in to the video port on your graphics card and not the one of the motherboard?

This is what you're looking for correct? After reading this topic I remembered that someone made it you can get it from here:

Only problem is that the 4x4 ramps in this pack, have no collision(?) so you're able to walk right through these and because of that you can't paint or hammer them.

Apparently Dglider was doing collision for it, try asking him if he finished it. or using your model as collision.

The current two zombie gamemodes we have (ZAPT & Rot's) are old & buggy and they're missing stuff like certain special infected zombies like the spitter in ZAPT & in Rot's too along with jockey & charger (maybe more) in Rot's. Could someone make a new zombie gamemode which includes the special infected & common infected from both L4D1 & L4D2. Along with all the options Rotondos & ZAPT(?) had for like controlling the director, disabling & enabling being downed & such. It would really awesome if the special infected got their own unique models like the tank in Rot's & ZAPTs (?).

Could someone also make a mod which it plays a cutscene of like vehicles &/or bots following a fixed path before you spawn.

A new zombie gamemode would help me tremendously with this:
