i ONCE went to some cigarette name moby1997's server. I thought it was good because it said jail rpg on it. later i found out that it was just a TDM with freekilling enabled, useless add ons, and gay noobocity. so then i figured it was a tdm and i asked him to make the server 1 life, he caled me a gay friend noob. then i started teamkilling him and he had a seizure over it, and ended up kicking me for the reason: gay.

FPS Health Regen

I want to know how to make a FPS (First Person Shooter) health bar that regenerates a certain amount of HP after a while... For example you have 100 HP, you get shot for 80 then you have 20... next, after say... 3 seconds you regenerate 2 HP.
Also if you know how to make it then please make it for me, it would be greatly appreciated. It would also be cool if you could make the screen flash red with it.. But idk how that would be possible, because I have no experience with this.
