Are you aware that LAN means only people on your network (ie, somebody sitting beside you plugged into the same router)? You can't join somebody's LAN over the internet. If you are aware of this and understand the problem, it is possible one of you are not properly connected to the network, or one of the computers are blocking it from connecting (a firewall, for example).

Wrench it, check the events. Three or four columns over you will see "Unrestricted" selected in a dropdown menu. Change that to the setting you want. The same setting shows up twice more below the first.

Help / Re: "Sending punch packet" problem.
« on: January 30, 2010, 07:42:42 PM »When some people try to join my servers, the connect gui appears to keep saying "Sending punch packet", and that also happens to me, in other servers. It only happens in the servers with --- ping.Whatever the new "no port forwarding requiring" did, it broke the game. You can't join some servers without restarting Blockland at least once. I couldn't join a server that I had verified with my friend was up and running until I restarted Blockland; I had another friend check, and he said the same thing. I tried hosting recently and it seems its hit and miss - sometimes it'll let players join, sometimes it won't. So I can't really help you, its nothing we have any power over, its broken as of v14.
Anyone knows what to do?
And before I get snarky comments: I hosted nearly every day before v14 was released, never had a single problem. I hosted once after v14 and it worked, every time after that it didn't, until today.
