Whats everyones setup...

i normally dig down about 5 levels(often with ramps, instead of stairs), then build a supply room, after that i build a room for workshops, then a room for sleeping, then a kitchen/dinning room, i tend to build a farm last and live of hunting and fishing for as long as possible... other than that what rooms are there to build that would actually be useful? my fortresses never turn out to be very impressive structures.

a piece of advise for people, dont try doing anything involving moving water until you've figured out how to play well, i flooded so many fortresses when i first started playing this, it is possible to do it right though since i just build an under ground lake under the ocean :)

i had a thought for how to make the village better, build a wall or dig a moat or something around it to keep all these animals out, i logged in one time and there where 4 mountain lions 3 goblins and a wolf. we need to fix this some how.

Goal of cell stage: Get big by eating meat or kelp.
Goal of creature stage: Get evolved by eating animals or sucking their richard and playing ring around the rosies with them.
Goal of tribal stage: Conquer the 1 mile radius around your tribe by destroying other tribes or sucking their richard and playing orchestras for them.
Goal of civilization stage: Conquer the planet by destroying them, buying them or sucking their richard and shooting musical pieces at them.
Goal of space stage: Conquer solar systems by taking over the planets/destroying them, buying them or plant colonies. Oh and you win the game, which is basically the end because by the point of 'the end' you're pretty much done the whole game.
there are also tons of other goals for the space stage, e.g. get incredibly rich, go around painting/terraporhming planets, make friends with everyone, finding the different 'easter eggs', so far i've found at least 3. in the space stage you can bassicaly do what ever you want.

O.o

I... er... wow.

I never thought of those two (well I was thinking about Oblivion, but I never knew it went online :\ ). I feel stupid.

I just read about it, can you get off your horse? (I'm thinking yes)
yes you can get off your horse, there are some situations where you cant have horses (fights inside castle keeps) and you need to buy a horse to be able to use it, also its more actuate to use bows/crossbows/throwing weapons from on foot. so yes you can get off the horse and often have a good reason to

It is not possible to find a future medieval type style game due to all your restrictions.

You said, No F2P and No Subscription.

Those two contrast so, which one yo uwant? It's all or nothing.

he might mean he wants to buy it, not get it free or have to keep paying for it so long as he wants to play it,
