Yes. A lot more difficult. I'm over 6 feet tall, and longer limbs makes it harder to to squats, bench presses, pull ups, etc. The shorter you are, the easier it will be to gain muscle due to it being easier to perform workouts with faster paces and a shorter range of motion.
