Discussion on Creatine?
I've been taking it for a weekish. I gained about 5 pounds in water weight (161-166) and then lost what I think was fat and am back at 161.

Also what is the *best* hip flexor exercise?
I spoke to this kid who was taking creatine and he had absolutely no idea what it was doing for him. He told me that his friend "does it for him", which I can only assume means that he is force fed it with accompanying aeroplane noises. He is not going anywhere, unsurprisingly.
I'm on less than 3g a day of the stuff. I'm going to drastically up the intake soon to see if my gains increase.
