i have a pretty good workout schedule, however since school ended ive been having a harder time getting to the gym where i do most of my weight work. normally i just use the schools gym but thats closed and the gym in town costs like $30 a day and is really loving expensive for a 1 month. so ive been working with whatevs

Discussion on Creatine?

I've been taking it for a weekish. I gained about 5 pounds in water weight (161-166) and then lost what I think was fat and am back at 161.

Also what is the *best* hip flexor exercise?
I spoke to this kid who was taking creatine and he had absolutely no idea what it was doing for him. He told me that his friend "does it for him", which I can only assume means that he is force fed it with accompanying aeroplane noises. He is not going anywhere, unsurprisingly.

I'm on less than 3g a day of the stuff. I'm going to drastically up the intake soon to see if my gains increase.

My diet is pretty fine (lean bulk is what I'm going for) and my gains are steadily increasing too thankfully, haha. I'm just saying that the increased dosage may be useful for me, but it's all experimental. Some obligatory pictures:

What do you do for core? I just throw in somestuff on my upperbody days

Is it more difficult to gain muscle if you're taller?
Yes. A lot more difficult. I'm over 6 feet tall, and longer limbs makes it harder to to squats, bench presses, pull ups, etc. The shorter you are, the easier it will be to gain muscle due to it being easier to perform workouts with faster paces and a shorter range of motion.

Is it more difficult to gain muscle if you're taller?
Yes.
Smaller people gain muscle and change their bodies much faster.
5'4" guy would have to do a lot less work then a 6'4" dude
