Author Topic: Battlefield 2 High Ping?  (Read 3831 times)

Having 2 antimalware programs causing ineffecicentcy. I suggest keeping the one you like best and unistalling the one that is not as good. As for the high ping I suggest turning off Norton. You will get better performance.
The ping is fixed. The other problem where I am getting kicked is not.

Try restarting your computer. If the problem persists  contact the host/adminstrater on the server to see if they can help you.

You stoopids

to turn off in-game community (which is what's causing it to say disallowed program or driver):
Steam>Settings>In-Game>Uncheck Enable In-Game Community

I suggest you uninstall Norton :cookieMonster:

Ok, another quesiton. I got it off of steam, so how would I install mods like Project Reality or whatever. I thought steam blocked that, and I can't find the folder where I would place mods into.

I think I fixed it, someone in game told me to turn off other internet programs, I turned off bit torrent and my ping went from 200 to 55. What do you mean by disable in game community?
Also:
I was kiciked for blocked program or something.
I don't know why you didn't try this in the first place.

This too:
I suggest you uninstall Norton :cookieMonster:
