Is it worth it to buy a 3DS?

I wouldn't even develop on a 3DS. The system limits itself too much and the digital store is atrocious. Nintendo treats indie developers like garbage and they don't listen to what third party developers need. It's like they only focus on their own IPs but have no interest in third party support.
