Honestly, handheld gaming in general kinda sucks.

Or just remove the 3D.

Why get a 3Ds then?

No one cares about 3D anymore, that's why there is no 3D on vita. That's why 2DS has no 3D.

is tony like,
getting paid by sony to say all these things?
basically the only thing he has done in this thread was bash the 3DS

I'm pretty sure I am going to get one, but I still have one question. Is the XL version the exact same thing as the regular, just bigger?
pageloss

At my job the Vita sold out faster than the 3DS xl and the 2DS. No one wants a 2DS. You figure they would add a second joystick to the damn 2DS by now.

pageloss

Yup, I've had both and there's not really been a difference except for a much larger screen.

about half an hour's worth of extra battery life

go away

There isn't much for games. All Nintendo licensed games are all the same. Has Zelda for 3DS ever changed? Nope. It's still exactly the same game since Gameboy Black and WHite.

Actually they aren't. The legend of zelda handheld games were revolutionized by the touchscreen, and the 3ds can play an upgraded version of ocarina of tine with ease.

Have you looked at the psp? Its like call of duty, the same old stuff since it cane out. Atleast with nintendo they changed more than the colour.

theres a reason the vita only makes up 4% of the 8th gen of handhelds lol

handheld games are on the way out dude

you are wasting hundreds of dollars on games that will accomplish nothing and are only meant to distract you when you are in boring places like the doctors office and the school bus

meanwhile most smartphones have hardware that is now capable of achieving graphics as good as the nintento ds

i stick to computer emulation of gba games i already own

that's still illegal you know
you probably wouldn't get banned for it, but it's still piracy

But Vita is playstation 4 level.

no it isn't dummy
if it was then the ps4 wouldn't sell because the vita is $200 cheaper and more portable

you are wasting hundreds of dollars
I wouldn't call $170 "hundreds of dollars"
