I like Ford for their trucks.

GMC makes nice trucks.
Ford, I like their Pickup Trucks, I also like their Festieva's, my dad has one that was made in the 94', but it's transmission is broken and has been sitting out for about a year.
Right now we are trying to get it cranked up, but we believe that its fuel lines are clogged from trash.

Nissan makes nice cars, though, my favorite car has to be Dodge's Stealth.
My mom used to own one, and it was just perfect.
But sadly, my dad broke the clutch on it, and we had to sell it.

I like Chevy SUVs, Ford Crossovers, Ford's compact cars, Chevy's sedans, and Chevy trucks.

Chevy Suburban is the best vehicle ever. If you ever need an excellent chassis for an armored truck, there's one right there.

So you are basing your entire view of how good car companies are compared to each other entirely on how the cars look.  gj not using real facts instead of your opinion to win an arguement night fox
well yeah, I'm not gonna buy an ugly car. even if the PT Cruiser was the fastest car on the planet I would never own one

paint it gonorrhea green

PT is the worst
There's one that one of my neighbors own that's puke yellow

Do like a candy red with a dark rubber tone to it

chevy obviously has the good looks on lock, dodge does too, i think its been like that for quite a while. GM/Chevies just dont loving quit for me, weve got so many loving 70s and 80s chevies siting out in our shopyard that still run just fine. i dont have any experience with fords except for two f150s both equally horrible in their stereotypical nature. they're also out there.
You can't use looks to support your argument, because looks are totally based on opinion.  My family's dirt construction company has a mid nineties GMC Sierra 3500 and a mid 2000s Chevy Silverado 3500 as our tool trucks, and I never said that all chevies were complete stuff.  I would say up until the mid 2000s GM had the reliability part of the market cornered but then when Ford decided to stop loving around and do something, all that changed.  Remember, you are talking to someone who has experience working and owning both GM and Ford, and I can honestly say, Ford has served my, and my family's purposes the best.

My father has had pretty good luck with GMC.
He bought a used GMC Jimmy I believe '96, nothing wrong with it.
We had driven it up steep hills, in ditches, pretty much abused it, and nothing broke on it, except the rear axle, but thats because one year it was pouring rain, and the truck got stuck inside a ditch and it got hit pretty hard.
Just recently the transmission broke, can't go in reverse/first gear, but that broke after aprox. 100k+ miles, I'd say its a suprise that it lasted that long.
It's still driveable today, only thing wrong is the transmission.

OT: A maroon color would look nice on it, that or a silver/gray.
Like I said, up until the mid 2000s GM made the good stuff in terms of reliability.  Personally the GMC Jimmy and Chevy S10 Blazer are some of my favorite cars, but when it comes to buying anything from the mid 2000s and up, I would have to go with Ford.
