Seriously. White people get shot by cops all the time but it's not good for the outrage machine. If you want to get views and attention you got to get a black person shot committing a crime only to downplay his crimes later on.

MoltenKitten has a point here. I would like to see though whether the fatal-shooting rate is higher per incident (controlled for same type of crime) for one group.

I don't think these statistics exist but they'd give you a fair picture.
