Saying a majority of a population is some stereotype is tribal by definition. You can't just declare it and say 'oh im not tribal' because you're literally the textbook definition.

I've literally said multiple times already that the actions of these immigrants don't reflect on everyone else who practices Islam/lives in their homeland.

Now, even if I was a tribal, gun toting, confederate flag bearer, inbred piece of stuff (inb4 someone quotes this and goes "well that's what you are)", it still wouldn't change what's happening over in Europe. I posted a pretty elaborate opinion on this thread earlier about why I think the cultures aren't mixing well, but it was completely ignored in favor of arguing over who's tribal. Just goes to show that people would rather argue with each other over stupid stuff instead of have a wholesome discussion about real world events.

It was about how the cultures don't mix well due to the country's poor access to education and public utilities, and since they come from a place with a rich history of violence and corruption, you have a bunch of under-privileged migrants desperate for any opportunity or handout being given. Since a bunch of countries completely dropped the ball and completely mishandled the situation, it led to a full stuffstorm with a bunch of right-wing idiots stirring the pot and a bunch of left-wing ignoramuses who shut out any dissenting opinions with accusations of racism.

yeah idk who is making the assumption that throwing all these impovershied immigrants into a rich country is going to have a completely smooth transition. obviously there are some issues that need to be addressed but obviously there are some overreactions being made

to be fair integration via colonization has not worked well in south africa. my neighbors are british south-africans and they moved to the US because of how terrible it was over there. tons of crime, murder and rape is very frequent in many parts of the country.

The idea that Syrian migrants are inherently dangerous is completely asinine. There's more factors to the issue than "It's because religion!" These people are impoverished, confused and often feel threatened by western culture. Assimilation is hard because of the conflicting ideals, pretty much thanks to the religion in that aspect.

HOWEVER, a lot of people here are 100% right in that it should be up to country / county / territory officials to handle the migrants, and that it's a bad thing for citizens to have to change their way of life for migrants. This effectively pisses everyone off and then bad things happen.
