Author Topic: Not all atheists are friends D:  (Read 6703 times)

There's a fine line between debate and argument. 99% of the time discussions about topics such as religion or politics will result in heated and occasionally violent arguments because neither side is willing to accept the other's opinion but will continually attempt to either prove the opposition wrong or to convert the opposition to their views. It's just not a good idea to bring those sorts of things up.

Why does Religion matter? It's like a propaganda/bandwagon. I do care about stereotypical people, they drive me insane. JUST for EXAMPLE, this Stereotypical christian wants to be in the war, but yet isn't one of the ten commandments "Thou shalt not kill."?

Basically an Atheist believes in no other religion, which contradicts itself because then an Atheist wouldn't believe in Atheism now would they?
Atheism is'nt a religion handicap

no, not all are cigarettes. i pity anyone, who treats someone diffrently due to what the belive (exceptions for communism and santanism, both groups scare me very much XD). i AM christan, but im not gona start telling you that your wrong, or recruiting you.

i dont rember when the bible said to bother those who dont share our ideas.

if you wana kill eachother over things like this, why not move to middle east, you will be able to find like-minded extreamists.

Read it next time, you seem to illiterate to have read the whole thing, and look for where "God" tells you to kill me. And everyone else who doesn't believe in "him."
Family Guy did a good job in saying it was basically "believe me or I'll hurt you."

That's why I don't believe in all the Bible. It was still written by mortal hands, there is flaw within it.

Believe that or I'll hurt you. >:o

Considering anyone starting a new religion had to find some means to keep people in the faith. That is now an archaic belief. We Christians know better than that because we're not simple labor peons like those who were first introduced to it. Those people were highly paranoid, superstitious, and constantly afraid because they were more expendable than toilet paper. So it was easy to control them with the fear of death.

My point being, try to look up some current and modern doctrine instead of old phased out propaganda and tired excuses.
