Ability to build for a certain time, then not build

Can't really describe it in one subject line, but it is a gamemode or something where you are able to build. You can build a fort and stuff, and then after a certain amount of time, you can't build anymore. Would be good for fort wars so you have some time to build your fort.

So you want a gamemode where there is a set period of time in which the teams can build and then when the build time is over they are respawned with weapons and forced to fight in their forts?
